5. Booking and Payments

• Minimum stay requirements vary by property (typically 30 days)
• Payment terms are specified in each property listing
• Security deposits may be required and are refundable subject to property condition

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation policies vary by property and are clearly stated in each listing. Guests should review the specific cancellation policy before booking. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the stated policy.

6. Property Owners

Property owners agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete property information
• Maintain properties in safe and habitable condition
• Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and zoning requirements
• Honor confirmed bookings and maintain property availability
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and maintenance requests
• Pay applicable service fees as outlined in the owner agreement

7. Guest Responsibilities

Guests agree to:

• Use properties in a responsible and lawful manner
• Respect property rules and regulations
• Maintain properties in good condition
• Not exceed maximum occupancy limits
• Report damages or maintenance issues promptly
• Comply with noise ordinances and community standards

8. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Use our services for any illegal purpose
• Violate any local, state, or federal laws
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users
• Interfere with the operation of our platform
• Attempt to circumvent our payment systems

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VOGO REALTY and MTR Properties shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Personal injury
• Business interruption

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VOGO REALTY, MTR Properties, and our officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through:

2. Mediation: If informal resolution fails, disputes may be submitted to mediation
3. Arbitration: Unresolved disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration in Austin, Texas

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Austin, Texas.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
